At Avant Dental Arts, we are committed to providing reliable, high-quality service with clear and predictable turnaround times. Our shipping policy is designed to give our clients confidence in planning cases and patient care.
Standard Restorations

Turnaround Time: Standard single-unit crowns, bridges, and other restorations are completed within 8 business days from the date we receive complete case information (digital files, impressions, prescriptions).

Shipping Method: All standard cases are returned via insured shipping services. Rush service may be available upon request and subject to an additional fee.
Full Arch Fixed Restorations with Titanium Bar

Turnaround Time: Due to the complexity of full arch fixed cases with titanium bars, these restorations are completed within 14 business days from the date of receipt of complete case materials.

This ensures proper design, verification, milling, and finishing for precision and durability.
Case Receipt Cut-Off

Cases received after 2:00 PM (local lab time) will be considered as received on the following business day for purposes of calculating turnaround time.
Shipping & Delivery

Avant Dental Arts ships all cases using reliable carriers with tracking information provided upon dispatch.

Standard shipping charges apply unless alternative arrangements have been agreed upon in advance.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, natural disasters, courier disruptions).
Customer Responsibilities

Ensure all prescriptions, digital files, and required information are complete at the time of submission. Incomplete submissions may result in delays.

Clearly indicate any special instructions, rush requests, or unique case requirements when submitting.
